Returns Policy

We fully observe your statutory rights & also The Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 which provides to give you confidence to buy goods and services where there is no face to face contact with the seller and to ensure all traders selling at a distance in the normal course of their business meet certain business criteria.

Under these regulations you have a 7 day cooling off period from the date of delivery of the products to cancel and return any products purchased from Wall & Window Decor. If the products are faulty we will offer you a replacement product or a full refund.

If you wish to return non faulty products, please contact us and we will advise on our returns procedure. Any non faulty returns must be returned in their original packaging at your own cost. In the unlikely event of a problem or a complaint, please contact us providing full details & we will do our very best to resolve the matter.
